By visiting the https://www.motorrad-nagel-klemm.de website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights.
By placing an order via our website (https://www.motorrad-nagel-klemm.de), you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeur for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Biker´s Point Kleinböhl you must be over 18 years of age. Biker´s Point Kleinböhl retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. The cost of international products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. Biker´s Point Kleinböhl retains the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us, the prices have been verified, and the order has been processed and dispatched. A dispatch email will be sent confirming these arrangements.
Please note for orders with multiple items they may be dispatched in separate parcels and at separate times; and that receipt of the dispatch notification does not constitute a formal contract for the full order until all items have been dispatched.
Orders may be cancelled at any time between the order being placed and the order going into the "Processing" stage. Customers are notified via email when the order goes into the processing stage. Due to the time frame between the processing and dispatch steps sometimes orders cannot be stopped quickly enough. There are exceptions when this is not the case, but this is treated on a case by case basis.
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel you order in writing (except for customised and special order products) seven working days beginning with
the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. We at Biker´s Point Kleinböhl feel that this isn't really good enough so we have extended our return period to 30 days on new and unused items.
Any complaints should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org We endeavour to respond to complaints within 24 hours and they will be dealt with in a swift and efficient manner.
At Biker´s Point Kleinböhl, we buy from our suppliers with an agreement to sell to private customers. It is not in our business model to sell items in bulk quantities to other retailers, bicycle manufacturers or resellers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders which we suspect are beyond the requirements for an individual or club arrangement. We have a big stock of bikes from where you can choose yours.
After choosing the bike, we will send you an invoice, and start preparing the bike for delivery.
Once the bike is paid, we will arrange the delivery, which will take 3-5 working days.
Return period is 30 days.
