The extended period of 30 days starts with the expiry of the 14 days revocation period legally entitles to you, in which a punctual dispatched of the revocation or of the goods will be suffice for the preservation of the extended 30 day period. You can return your goods to us free of charge at any time during this period. However, you can be charged for strong signs of use and wear when you return the item. Note: Bicycles can only be returned if they are well packed in a bicycle box. So please keep it in a safe place.

Delivery time is 3-5 working days. The bike is delivered pre-assembled and ready to ride. All you have to do is adjust the handlebars and screw on the pedals (always included). The tools required for this are included in the scope of delivery.

The cost of shipping will depend on the delivery destination. We try to offer FREE shipping on all of our products in Europe. Please use the contact form to let us know your name and address and the items you want. We will then get back to you with the shipping costs.
